As the height of summer begins to soften, you’re invited to do the same. Cool Down, Come Home is your invitation to unwind, regulate, and return to yourself.


This month’s breathwork journey is a gentle, grounding experience designed to:

  • Calm your nervous system

  • Soothe frazzled energy

  • Ease the transition from high summer into slow presence

  • Reconnect you to your body’s inner rhythm


Whether you’re holding tension you can’t name, feeling emotionally overstimulated, or simply craving softness—you belong here.

Step into Guided Breathwork Circles — an intentional, in-person gathering offered monthly to help you reset, release, and realign. Each month alternates between two potent breath modalities. This August, we’ll be moving through Flow.


🌬️ Flow Breathwork

A soft, Yin-inspired session blending gentle breath with meditative stillness. This style supports emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and deep internal rest.


Expect a tranquil pace, lots of space to feel, and the nurturing guidance to meet yourself where you are.
